The study of energy savings includes the elaboration of an analysis of achievable energy savings of objects owned by the state organization Railway Administration. Part of the study is an assessment of the following points:
1) Usability of own production of electricity and heat
2) Improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions
3) Economic evaluation of the proposed investment
