Based on the measurement and analysis of technical outputs on the state of the equipment, it is possible to streamline production or to find bottlenecks in increasing the economy of operation.

With the help of calibrated ORGREZ control meters, or by using operational measurements and their subsequent analysis, we are able to verify the technical condition of the equipment, find the bottlenecks of operation and thus participate in improving the economy of operation. Thanks to our know-how in measuring and balancing, we also support our customers in finding possible causes of faults or comparing the effectiveness of applied measures in operation.

One of the quite specific services is the diagnostics of the tightness of the vacuum system of turbogenerators and the work of condensation. The correct operation of condensation has a major impact on the operational economics of turbo-generators and, where appropriate, on their achievable performance. In order to guarantee the correct operation of the turbine, it is imperative to ensure its tightness. ORGREZ offers a comprehensive solution in the field of finding the causes of loss of tightness, or deviations of the temperature of the emission vapor from the projected values. The identification of the causes is carried out mainly by thermal calculation of the condenser, diagnostics of the tightness of the vacuum system during operation using helium and measuring the characteristics of the vacuum pumps.

Our team consists of measurement specialists and experts — technologists with knowledge of various technologies. We usually carry out measurements using our own technique, but we also provide supervision over the measurement of third parties according to the needs of a specific project. Our own measurement technology includes measurements of temperatures, pressures, pressure differences and flow rates, including ultrasonic transducers (surface ultrasounds and ultrasonic flow measurement in open channels). All our technology is regularly calibrated according to the ORGREZ calibration order or the requirements of a specific project, mainly in our own temperature and pressure calibration laboratory.
