Martin Jašek is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations, VŠE Prague. In parallel, he graduated from the M.A. program Economics of International Trade and European Integration (Staffordshire University, RUCA Antwerp, VŠE Prague). After graduation, he worked at SCA Hygiene Products, including as regional controller for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and was briefly responsible for the North America and Canada region in San Ramon, USA. He completed his work for SCA as Sales Director of SCA Packaging CR. From 2008 to 2021, he worked for the ČEZ Group, where he served as CFO and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of ÚJV Řež, a.s. Since 2011, he has served as Director of Asset Management ČEZ, a.s. Since 2022, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ORGREZ, a.s. and participates in the financial management of the company and the entire Group.

Vladimír Hlavinka is the owner and chairman of the board of directors of the ORGREZ Group group of technology companies. In addition, he founded ORGREZ ECO with the vision to help mainly industrial companies in a pragmatic transition to sustainable business so that it is data-driven and still economically meaningful. Vladimír has business experience from many countries of the world including Canada, the Netherlands and Switzerland, he has also served as the Director of the Production Division and a member of the Board of Directors of CEZ. In addition, he is currently Vice-President of the Association of Modern Energy.

Jan Krišpín is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of ORGREZ, a.s. and has long been a top management specialist in business development and preparation of investment plans. Thanks to his experience and know-how in process engineering, he is able to balance between the technologically and economically feasible of the project and its enforceability in permitting procedures. These include the EU taxonomy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He also translates his multidisciplinary knowledge into the education of the next generations of process engineers by actively lecturing at BUT, as well as leading the technical development of the entire ORGREZ Group.

Rostislav Malý is Sales Director with a focus on large-scale supplier contracts in the ORGREZ Group. As part of his career, he has gone through many technical professions, from engineering and design of technological processes to measurement, project management of strategic projects to the introduction of new activities into the firm's portfolio. Its current priority is commercial-technical activity focused on supply projects in the field of cleaning flue gases in energy, chemical and generally industrial processes. He has extensive experience especially in the field of denitrification by various methods. It established partnerships with key partners in the field of flue gas cleaning, both in terms of purchasing subcontractors and setting up partnerships with key customers. Currently, he is also the Managing Director of EVECO Brno, s.r.o., which focuses mainly on smaller projects of incinerators of various types with subsequent energy use of heat or electricity.

Hana Žůřková has extensive experience in all areas of financial management and management, acquisition and post-acquisition process, financial risk assessment or crisis management.

For many years she worked in key management positions at ORGREZ, a.s. and ORGREZ Group, a.s., operating in the energy market and in the multinational SHERWINWILLIAMS Group, with offices all over the world. He is an expert in ESG from the perspective of corporate risk management or ESG rating methodology. She is currently the owner of SEMPERA FRIGUSSI, s.r.o., a healthy lifestyle company and the owner of OCTOPUS, which promotes equal opportunities across society.

Leo Hrubý is an experienced professional in energy and industry with knowledge of nuclear and classical energy processes and manufacturing industries. As a prosecutor, ORGREZ, a.s. actively participates in shaping the future of the company and thus the entire energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including the roles of CEO, Director of Sales as well as Production, which has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of operational, business, and management aspects in these industries. Through his work at a nuclear power plant, he gained expertise in ensuring operational excellence, overseeing technological processes and adhering to strict safety protocols.

It is actively dedicated to promoting positive change and promoting innovation in the energy sector with an effort to contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable energy solutions.
