Project CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_084/0010265 – Research into an innovative technological concept for high-efficiency electricity storage in decentralised CHP sources

Implemented from 1/2018 to 12/2019
Co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (Ministry of Industry and Trade – Application Programme)

The objective of the project is to investigate the ECCAES energy centre, which will be equipped with compressed air energy storage technology. This technology is especially suited for medium-scale energy sources and is designed to work in tandem with a CHP energy source as the primary technology, generating an electrical output of around 15 MW.
