To assess the actual properties of by-products of energy production and waste intended for disposal or transfer to other companies, as well as to carry out the basic characterisation of waste and determine waste disposal fees in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., we perform analyses of by-products from energy production and selected waste from ČEZ system thermal power plants. This is carried out in compliance with Decree No. 273/2021 Coll. and Decree No. 294/2005 Coll. issued by the Czech Ministry of the Environment. The contract has been in place since the 1990s.
