The project documents the activities provided in the framework of pre-registration, registration of chemicals under Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 REACH, maintenance of up-to-date information in the ECHA system, representation in individual SIEF and consortia of chemicals produced by power plants using the technical report.
On 1 June 2007, the Chemicals Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 REACH entered into force, which is intended to centralize and simplify existing European chemical legislation. This Regulation obliges manufacturers to register each of their products (chemicals) in accordance with Article 11 (there are more than 1 manufacturers of the substance in Europe) and to keep this registration up-to-date. The works have been carried out since 2009.
