Reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions from the gas boiler at the Scholven Power Plant

For our customer, who supplied a gas boiler to the Scholven Power Plant in Germany, we designed, manufactured, delivered, and commissioned the SCR technology. The delivery included a urea evaporation system using flue gas heat, a PLC, an ammonia injection grid (AIG) system, and a catalyst unit with a volume of 3.9 m³. The entire technological upgrade was designed to reduce NO_x emissions below 60 mg/Nm³ and ammonia slip below 2 mg/Nm³, ensuring the boiler complies with the strictest emission limits set by legislation.
