Greenhouse Gas Reporting

Greenhouse gases are a key factor influencing the operational economics of industrial and energy facilities. Through professional measurement and reporting, we help our customers comply with government regulations on emissions monitoring and provide support in addressing non-standard operational conditions.

We monitor and report greenhouse gases online via our proprietary system, EisOrgNet, which is directly connected to emission monitoring and other data sources within the facilities. The collected data is used for record-keeping and reporting to government authorities, as well as for verifying and ensuring data accuracy on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. The data is also used for quality assessment and the evaluation of other operational parameters, both physical and economic.

This includes:

  • Evaluation of the validity of monthly data on fuel quality, heat production, and flue gas volume against established static threshold values
  • Maintaining an anomaly log, which summarises information on the control mechanisms used for calculating carbon dioxide emissions
  • Monthly and annual verification, inspection, and validation of technological data for the EisOrgNet software
  • Desulphurisation and ash log – monitoring the input of limestone and gypsum
  • Fuel log – inspection for each boiler, including fuel inspection, identification of the primary fuel, and linking to the analysis of fuel, units, and calorific value
  • Heat and electricity production log – monitoring the produced and supplied heat (ratio), input of combustible materials, and generated electricity

We provide comprehensive support in this area, including:

  • Organisational structure updates
  • User requirement management
  • Optimisation of performance for servers and proprietary applications
  • Provision of outputs from the EisOrgNet software in the required data format to meet legal reporting obligations in compliance with current regulations
  • Operation and backup of the emissions database (CEDB)
  • Provision of all required operational hardware and software, including servers, network equipment, Windows server operating systems, MS SQL server, security certificates, and necessary licenses
  • Data compression and archiving
  • Creation and provision of customised database files and user reports tailored to the client’s specific needs
  • Updating the EisOrgNet software to reflect cha Updates to the EisOrgNet software to reflect changes in applicable environmental protection laws
